Darr Industries Group, LLC has two (2) challanges for 2007-08 in managing growth, they are:
1) Our prime objective is to marry with a customer who values a strong two-way relationship. We would welcome a company who would give a long term committment to our firm allowing us to invest in the future. This investment would be in the areas of both manpower and new capital equipment to service the customers demands and recapture our investment over the long-haul.
2) Securing the relationship with a preferred customer's Purchasing/Engineering and/or Corporate Management who can make the decision to work with a growing company for long-term mutual benefits and securing that decision thru the proper Executive channels.

Sales and Marketing Objectives for 2008
Our sales program is being handled by direct contact by our front office. That internal campaign is directed toward our existing customer base and local industry contacts which are generated thru meetings and phone contacts. New customers are being developed thru direct marketing to potential customers, our web-site program, and a mailing campaign to regional Manufacturing Representatives. We currently have a Factory Representative who has serviced major industries (described at the bottom of our "Sales Team" page herewith), and continually maintains a heads-up for the type of work which is best suited for our facility at this time, keeping a outlook for long-term contracts. Darr Industries is financially poised to acquire the necessary new machinery to best handle large or production contracts. The current marketing program is being directed internally thru our Senior Management group to reach the markets which can positively benefit the growth of our firm for 2008 and beyond. Darr Industries is regionally located in Erie, Pa. which has been the hub for the machine tool industry for over seven decades. This area is serviced by major airlines and interstate highways, and our facility is only 5 miles away from these main transportation grids. The Erie, Pa. industrial complex has competed internationally for over seventy years and includes a complete development base of foundries, tool and die shops, assembly shops including (but not limited to) all-alloy heavy metals - light electrical and industrial assembly - bronze and copper foundries. This allows our participation in complete projects, even though some of the work is out-sourced to our most qualified suppliers according to ISO standards we set forth.
